Annual Review and Board Member Elections will be held on February 17, 2026 at 10:00am at our office location on Matthews Rd. Parma.

Regular Board Meeting: Our Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10:00 a.m. at our office location and are open to the public. Please call the office to confirm the dates.

If you are a shareholder and have any comments or concerns to present to the board please contact our office in advance to reserve a time on our agenda.
